Rented from a different landlord but everything else had to go through this one. You have to pay $1000 to get in plus turn on water electric and pay whatever pet deposit and first months rent! \r
But because I went through a different land lord it was cheaper to get in. HOWEVER! \r
We're paying $80 a freaking month on water for THREE PEOPLE LIVING HERE! There's no leaks or anything. To make matters worse when the water company said to put in seperate meters she made US tennants pay for them! It turned out to be too pricey so instead she told the water company no and so the water company jacked up the prices even more!\r
They turn off the water without telling anyone so I had to go to a store to buy water so my 1 year old son had something to drink! They make YOU spray for your own bugs while other landlords have no problem offering the service for free. \r
I suspect foul play, she says she's not in charge of the park, the guy in CALIFORNIA is in charge. She will not give names either so I have no one to speak to about this mess! We're moving once tax money comes in! Don't come here unless you REALLY plan to buy and fix it up yourself!
