WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! The man we worked with was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life! The company had what I wanted but made sure that we gave them a CASH deposit to make sure that we were ?Serious? customers. I thought we were pretty serious customers when he made us wait for at least 15-20 minutes after he told us to be there! When I called to cancel my order (because I found the same suit for over 50 dollars cheaper and at a much more convenient location for us) he said that he would not give me back my deposit because he worked with us for over an hour. (And the order receipt he gave us said nothing about no refunds, nor did he say that to us when we gave him the deposit) He then asked me if I thought he was retarded when I told him that he didn?t work with us for that long!! I have never experienced a grown man act this way. DO NOT GO TO SINATRA LIMOUSINE!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
