My favorite taco shop to go to in Spring Valley, actually, my favorite taco shop anywhere!
I used to work near another taco shop owned by the same family that runs Paloma Taco Shop and one day on my lunch break I ordered two fish tacos. Then and there I immediately fell in love with the food. Over the years as they moved from location to location it seemed as though every new store was closer to my house. Four years after that afternoon of delicious fish tacos my family still frequents the family owned taco shop. I jump at the first chance I get to recommending this taco shop so I'm here recommending this small but delicious taco shop. FIVE stars San Diego!
