Your technician, Doug, showed up when promised, in fact he beat ME home. Being a DIY guy, I very much need to know how things work and have lots of questions. This tends to annoy most service professionals; Doug, on the other hand, answered all my questions without ever seeming agitated or stopping what he was doing to talk (which is exceptional). He was courteous, careful, informative, respectful and completely trustworthy. He went above and beyond to do things as efficiently as possible while still taking the time to deal with me. I would recommend Horizon services to anyone that asks?and recommend they ask for Doug; he is an exceptional technician!
