My husband and I heard about the store and decided that we would give it a try. We drove around for about 20 minutes looking for it and were happy when we finally found it. We had never had any of the products offered, so we asked Luis Castaneda about one of the products called CHAMANGO. He said it was very good, so we took his advice and decided to purchase two of them at $4.50 each plus a large order of Nachos. We took one drink from the smoothie and immediately thought it was disgusting- it had a chile sauce mixed with fruit. We were hesitant on taking it back because we did not want to hurt the owners feelings, but felt that since we paid almost $10 we should get something that we could at least swallow. My husband told Luis that we did not like the smoothie and Luis absolutely refused to exchange the drink. My husband even offered to exchange the drinks for ones that were less expensive, but Luis refused. He stated if he did this he would, ""still be loosing out on $5."" We were appalled by the way he responded to the issue. He stated that his business is not to service customers and he could care less about what the customers think about his products. We were absolutely shocked and ended up returning both of the smoothies and the nachos. This is the first time we have ever had this issue. Businesses who wish to stay in business for a long time value their customers and do not wish to loose them over ""$5.""
