The All-Pro Rep was scheduled to come out and give us an estimate on having windows replaced on a Friday. We received a call Friday evening saying they were going to be late as a result of ""financing issues"" with the previous client. Unfortunately, they were going to be significantly late, so we rescheduled for the following Tuesday. We received a call 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment stating that the rep couldn't make it at all because of ""financing issues"" with the previous appt. But, they could reschedule for a week from tomorrow. I said, 'No thank you,' Clearly, earning our business wasn't very important to them. Pretty rude, I think, but there are plenty of other window installers out there.
