I realized there was a broken pipe in my front yard at 11pm last night and my husband was able to shut the water off to avoid a large water bill from letting the water flow overnight. First thing in the morning we called Roto-Rooter and was told the plumber (Johnny) would be out within 30 minutes. Almost an hour and a half later, Johnny showed up...Once he showed up though he was very professional. I showed him where the problem was and he went right to work. He showed me how the pipe broke and explained to me how he would fix it. Once the pipe was fixed, he showed me the finished product before filling in the dirt. I was happy with the overall work just not about the amount of time it took to get someone over to the house. I would use Roto-Rooter again!
