I found Able Heating and Cooling to be very accommodating. They were prompt in keeping the agreed upon scheduled appointments. The pricing was very fair. They were also truthful in their presentation. I have nothing but excellent things to say.
The installation team showed up on time, and were quick to install. They completely cleaned up after themselves. Both my sales representative and the installation crew were great. Able Heating and Cooling replaced my 23 year old natural gas furnace with a high-efficiency Coleman natural gas furnace.
I would encourage people to look at what they have to offer. Definitely talk with them; they are extremely helpful. They are not afraid to say that your current furnace works just fine. If there are budget constraints, they will work with you to find what is best for you.
The first time Able came out to my house, I didn't replace the furnace because I felt like I could still get a couple months out of it. When I finally decided to replace it they honored the original estimate they gave me. They came back and gave me a scheduled time for the replacement.
