You get what you pay for I guess but DO NOT WASTE your money or time at this place!\r
\r
The owner Henry Ramirez is the ruddest person my family has ever dealt with. We host a lot of events because we are a large family and have family members in the service industry and he left us SHOCKED at the poor customer service (or lack of) and manner in which he treated us.\r
\r
He's very nice upfront and promises you the world just to get you to sign the contract and once you do BEWARE..\r
\r
He literally told my sister (she helped plan the event) ""you may be used to getting what you want because you pay for something but not here!""\r
\r
After she asked a few questions and made suggestions (when he gave her a chance to speak) he said, ""look I can tell your picky but I signed the contract with your aunt, not you so I'll deal with only her"".\r
\r
The food lacked flavor, options and left everyone hungry. Literally the portions are for children and the noodles were so overcooked that many people didn't even eat their food.\r
\r
There is an extremely tacky sign at his bar, ""helping ugly people have sex since 1980"" that he wouldn't remove.. and this was a Quinceneara! He also told the florist to keep her comments to herself (she spoke up about him being rude) or he would kick her out!!\r
\r
Once the contract was signed, he was the least accommodating person, it was his way or no way. \r
\r
The list goes on and on.. do yourself a favor and DO NOT book your event with this venue.\r
Pros: Cheap Price
Cons: Everything
