Visited this office in Dec. 09; just wanted a simple cleaning and x-rays.My insurance plan listed this as 100% covered. After my exam, Towncare presented a proposal for $3,100 that they said was needed to clean my teeth. Another dentist I had visited 2 months before said there was no problem with cleaning my teeth and was going to charge me $25. I declined that charge because I was told that with Township my insurance plan would pay this. After I refused to agree to the $3,100 proposal they wanted me to pay, they still charged me a co-pay, even though no work was done on my teeth! And I never got my teeth cleaned there. I felt that this experience was a complete rip-off.
