i called on a tuesday for a quote. they quoted me a great price, so i scheduled my appt for that friday. i called the day before to confirm, and they said they were out of stock and would not have it in again until after friday. i asked why they were out of stock when they had 4 days to prepare for my appt, and they gave a couple of pitiful excuses, would not apologize or try to make it right, they just said "we are out of stock and cannot help you, you'll have to go somewhere else." they also gave me an insight of how they do appts. If they say you have an appt at a certain time, that means that is the time your glass is supposed to be ready at the store, but they may not get to your car and start installing it for several hours later depending on how many other cars are already there waiting! my advice, spend a little more and go somewhere reputable with a guarantee!
