After 15 years of using this businesses services, I had a bad experience at this store today. I walked into the store only to be confronted by one of the clerks telling me I could not enter the store with my backpack. I have always carried a backpack into their store. It has never been an issue. The clerk told me I could leave it in his care... I could not, my back pack is where I carry my valuables, phone, wallet, checkbook, prescription medication. I asked to speak with a manager and got the same instructions. Several women entered the store with purses as big as my backpack. \r
