BELIEVE THE BEST WAY TO AIR A COMPLAINT IS STARTING AT THE TOP. I purchased a SONY home entertainment sytem through ULTIMATE ELECTRONICS, financed through GE MONEY. I was led to believe that the financing would be zero % for 3 years or so my receipt states, however , G E MONEY failed to honor the contract, saying it was for 3 months. i have contacted both parties for remedy was rudely rebuffed by GE MONEY and not much help at ULTIMATE.\r
I very much like the sytem i purchased so paid off the loan before more intrest could accumulate. presently i've paid $152 dollers intrest on a no intrest loan.\r
i don't know of your connection with G E MONEY, however if there is any thing you could do to help in this matter , i would be ever a loyal customer of SONY products. if i don't hear from you within a week i will assume you couldn't help\r
