Unfortunately, the one other review I read on this agency is similar to the experience I am having. Promptly responded in my interest to use her service for my birth parent search, she cashed my check, and now 5 months later will not respond to multiple efforts to contact her, despite her letter stating to contact her every six weeks. She wrote about attending their support groups but did not reveal when and where they are happening, and will not answer my emails/calls requesting that info. Very discouraging and seemingly taking advantage of something very personal and difficult for adoptees. Contacted better business bureau. I recommend not using them.
