This guy will take you to the bank! He charges you just to give an estimate which 99% of other surveyors will not. He also charges you for speaking on the phone and doing a little bit of research. On top of that, he will charge you $180+ an hour the second he sets foot on your lot. Save your money and find someone else. This guy charges outrageous fees for hardly breaking a sweat. Very unprofessional and hard to get a hold of. He has many hidden charges. You will be surprised when the bill comes!
