I've been going to Jerome's Automotive & Ignition Service for 25 or 30 years. They know me by name, and they know my car and what it needs. They have a post card system to let me know when the car is due for something. They are very proactive. In fact, if there is something I can do on my own, as opposed to having them do it, they will let me know.
Other than repairs, like brakes, that just wear out over time, I have never had to bring anything back. All repairs are done right the first time so that I don't have to deal with problems. They really take good care of all my cars. Everyone in the shop is very helpful and are on a first name basis with their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them because they have treated my family so well.
