Do not get your car serviced here unless you looooove to wait!!! I made an appointment for 9am and dropped the car off to get a noise checked out, called at 12:30 to check on progress because my husband had to go to work, car just getting checked out. My husband dropped me off at 1:00 and I let them know I was there waiting at 2:30 our "service advisor" Kristi came back to tell me what they had found, new module for keys(under warranty), new brake pads (under warranty), and new rotors (not under warranty) $195. I declined the rotors because dealers are overpriced for service. Kristi told me my car should be done in a few minutes and went out back. A half an hour later at 3:00 I am still waiting so I go to look for her and she looks at me like what do I want?!?! I say, "I've been waiting 30 minutes and you said my car would be out shortly."
