April 20, 2010 about 4pm, my family and i have been a regular shopper at (4200 SE 82nd ave Walmart). After we finished browsing around, we decide to check out. we went to first checkout closer to the pharmacy where only accept 12 items or less. there were NO line, the cashier was finishing up her last customer. we only have about 15 items so we decide to go to her register. the young lady refuse to help us. how nice!!! maybe she had a bad day.\r

but the register we went to, the Cashier, name Nancy was really respectful, she went above and beyond her duty to help her customer, not only she was nice but she even help putting out merchandise into our shopping cart. with a customer service like that, we'd always shop at this walmart. \r

Walmart further south toward oregon city, we got robbed once, item was taken right under my nose while we load merchandise into the car and we witness a shoplifting in progress. told the manager but not sure he does anything. just becarful with you shop over there.
Pros: mature cashier know how to treat their customers
Cons: amature cashier need some improvement
