We bought a Bosch dishwasher and, on the very first wash, a smell like gasoline filled the house. We thought that perhaps one of our cars' gas tanks had failed, but we eventually traced the strong smell to the dishwasher. We called S.K.Lavery and were treated as if we were crazy (as if we said we smelled gasoline rather than an odor _like_ gasoline. They sent a service man out who said he hadn't even brought his tools along, because there was nothing he could do and there was nothing S. K. Lavery _would_ do. He advised calling the factory. He also said that once S. K. Lavery delivers an appliance, any problems are between you and the manufacturer. Extremely poor customer service.
