If you are looking for good customer service, PLEASE do not go here. The two main managers are extremely rude. They try to tell you what you want to hear so they can sell the dresses. They ARE NOT helpful at all. The store is extremely too small and it gets way too crowded and stuffy. Out of all of their dresses, there are only about one or two extremely nice ones and that are one of a kind. Every other dress is a rip off. Not to mention, they try to make you get alterations because they OVERCHARGE for it (that's why they offer a bigger size than you actually are). This store is DEFINITELY NOT worth the money that you will be spending. Cross this shop off your list when looking for special occasion dresses. It is filled with nothing but managers with BAD ATTITUDES who hate their job, mediocre dresses that are overpriced, and a shady exchange/return policy.
I also wanted to add that they also discriminate against larger sizes, their selection of dresses from size 10 and up are hideous.
PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP. I LEARNED MY LESSON AND I'M NEVER GOING BACK THERE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS.
