Have owned my condo since 2007. Love most of my neighbors. Very mixed crowd: lots of senior citizens, gays, and artsy types. Very dog friendly property. Management office is pretty responsive and accessible. We have a 24 hour concierge and (almost) 24 hour valet service. \r

The building has suffered some neglect over the years and is in need of major renovation. Repairs are currently (3/2010) underway, but it is very noisy and dusty. The Home Owners Assoc is trying to spruce up the appearance of the building and give it a more youthful look. The halls, elevators, heating/ air conditioning, windows, balconies, exterior paint and concierge desk are all slated to be redone. \r
Pros: Beautiful views, best location in town
