I brought my 2008 Cadillac STS in and spoke with Joe. Joe is one of the best service persons I have ever dealed with. He wrote up a work order and told me he would call with an estimate before any work was performed. Within 2 hours Joe called me to tell me his lead technician Bob had verified my complaint and found the problem the reason my service engine soon and traction control lights were comming on was due to a number 6 cylinder misfire. the fix was a coil and the total repair cost including diagnostics was 235.00. This car had been to 2 Cadillac dealerships 5 times and could not diagnose the problem I was having. A very good friend of mine recommeded #1 tire and service to me stating thay were the only people who could fix the problem with his 2006 Corvette. I am most pleased with there service and will allways be their customer for life. Thanks Stephen Johnson for employing the best in the field.
