I brought in several jackets to them to have the sleeves altered. They couldn't alter them, but decided to remove the tags on one (they were brand new) for some unknown reason. So, they didn't do anything but remove the tags on the brand new jacket so I couldn't return it.
Thanks for NOTHING. $125 coat that doesn't fit, with no tags, thanks to them, so I can't return it. Oh, and another one is falling apart at the sleeve where they undid the lining to see if they could lengthen it. So they didn't make it longer like they said they could, and did a crummy job putting it back together and it is now coming apart.
I have never written a review before, but I feel that this is just unacceptable. DO NOT go here.
Cons: This place is awful.
