Im not sure the surprises sam is referring too. I found the service agreement to contain the same information as other alarm/security companies I've signed with in the past. In fact far less surprises than a large national company I finally managed to break away from recently.
I've had fire alarm problems for years. I was finally told it couldn't be fixed and I would need to replace the system. Getting someone from my previous national fire company out to look at the problem was like pulling teeth.
Firepower came out and within hours the problem was solved. Turned out the system was just fine, It was a bad wire, saving me thousands right out of the gate.
Since then I've had a handful of other problems/question, What wasn't answered over the phone a tech showed up promptly, once within an hour and the 2nd time the next morning.
I couldn't be happier. Its nice to call for help and not only receive it but get it from the same person who has talked with me before. Very friendly & professional.
