Afoul customer service at the Clive IA Toys R Us store. Manager calls me I am laying. Store did not take my return bec I did not had receipt. I want to return my remote bec its not working. Then I call Hire management team at 1-800 Toy r us. I ask question that what I should do with my remote because it’s not working. Should I throw it away and she told me that it’s up to you but we cannot take return. This is last time I shop for the Toy r us. I will tell my all the family member to do dot shop at the toys r us at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from any toy r us. Not even online too. I would recommend buying from Wal-Mart or other store bec same item will find chipper price. Toy r us one of the expensive store too.
