I had a brand new car, and I was involved in an accident. I brought it in to Al at MK Auto Body. He could not have been nicer, more sympathetic, or more professional. He came up with what I felt was a fair quote and handled the insurance properly. He also followed up with me when I didn't get back to him.
As I left from getting the estimate, I was involved in a second accident once again in my brand new car. I returned right away, and again he could not have been more understanding and sympathetic. He assured me that he would restore the car to like-new status.
I have nothing but good things to say about his shop, his service, and his personal attention which made a big difference. Al was terrific. As I was leaving I told him I that I hoped I didn't have to see him again, but not because I don't like him, only because I don't want another accident.
I have a 2010 Volkswagen Eos, which is a hard top convertible, and it has a pretty sophisticated computer system. When it retracts and folds it looks like the transformers. The first accident I was rear ended, so the convertible was not operational. It needed someone who would be able to handle such a sophisticated system, and the dealership recommended MK Auto Body.
It absolutely works properly again. He did a great job. I would highly recommend Al. Everything turned out great. Al is terrific, and he couldn't be more pleasant or more professional.
