When you enter Alpharetta Internal Medicine don't expect to be greeted with smiles. But first you'll have to stand there and wait until they finish typing whatever they are typing. Whoever hired the young brunette with the round face showed very poor judgement. Her only talent is back-talking and sass. I came to pick up a perscription for my husband (after a telephone conversation with his nurse instructing me to do) and was met with rude resistance and a lecture on their policies for 10 minutes before she finally went back and got the perscription. We have been patients for over ten years and wonder why we continue. It is time for the doctors to drain the swamp and hire some ladies who can be pleasant and show some good manners toward the patients (who by the way, furnish the salaries of the employees there.
