I've been living here for 2 months, and so far I am very content with my apartment. It's no 5 star hotel on the sandy beach, but for $320.00 a month it's totally worth it. I have yet to see a bug in my apartment (aside from the occasional fly that comes in through the door) and the maintenance men have been pretty responsive when I need something done (usually within 2 days). The apartment complex I lived in before it would take them normally a week to respond.
I heard a lot of bad things before I moved in, but that was when an old company owned the commons. It made me a little hesitant to move in regardless, but for the price, I said to myself, "why not?" They have definately exceeded my expectations, and for what I pay it is well worth it!
