I never went to the store since I live in another state. I had to order my bridesmaid dress over the phone. I gave them my measurements and instead of telling me to order X size, they asked what size I wanted. How the h**l should I know?! Then they sent me to a local (to me) merchant to try on a dress by this designer to see if it would fit, telling me dress stores do this all of the time. The local merchant was pissed I was wasting their time and only let me try on the dress after a lot of arguing. I had Irena order the bigger size for me based on trying the dress on. I lost weight since I ordered the dress, and it is STILL tight. Why don't the sales people know how the dresses they sell will fit so they can help you order?
And the quality of the the $200 bridesmaid dress is low. The fabric feels and looks cheap, and the dress was made with the zipper in the back off center. The waist and hips are tiny and the chest could fit an elephant. The dress is designed so you have to have it altered so the dress store makes more money. And watch out, if you are a larger sized girl, you have to pay $30 extra for a larger sized dress! I'm sure they didn't tell the bride that, but I got stuck with it. Nice.
The only reason I'm giving them any stars is that the bride was happy with her dress. I am NOT happy with mine!
Pros: Bride was happy
Cons: Don't measure / order size well, sell bad merchandise
