I was referal to do a physical exam on chest X ray. My physician put down reason as Cough actually I did not have. I called the insurance company and they told me that the x ray is covered by annual exam.\r
The reason that I requested because these days the physical exam is really only simple test and no more - no urine test etc.\r
But findally they charged me with about $118 and considered as diagnostic - they told me that hospital did not do physical exam even they signed contract with insurance. The physician's office tried to appeal with them but they simply declind.\r
The director is very skill at twist the truth and make up something did not exist.\r
Complaint to state department and get no reuslt: they said that Physician's office never appeal to them.\r
May be complaint to his boss? Useful or not or something else.\r
The other time, I was in emergency room for about three hours. Besides, all itemized bill(about two thousands dollars), one item is called Hospital medicine: $200. I believe it is not right for something veryh vague charge. I stayed there for Vertic diziness and take a couple pills - that cost $200?\r
Everyone need to be careful about their medical bill.\r
