i have been going to topline nails since i was 16. my recent visit was awful. i went with my daughter, mother and sister for a grls day out. They were extremely rude. Rushed threw my set when a customer walked in and skiped my mother and sister. We waited there for over 2 hrs. I was very shocked by this and extremely upset. In my opinion theyre service has gone down the tubes. I would rather pay 50 bucks somewhere else then be treated the way i was there. I will never go there again, very saddning since i have been a loyal customer all these yrs.
