I have been a member now for 1 year. I have lost a total of 55 lbs, naturally and with free dieting tips that the owners wife gave me! \r
Every morning I go and I am greeted by Betsy, the counter lady who always greets me with a friendly hello. On other days when I have to go in the evening, the owner is there with his wife and 2 dogs, one is a Boxer and the other is I think a maltese. They are the friendliest dogs I have ever met. They are so friendly that even the members bring them treats and take them out for walks! Shame on Mr. Anonomus!\r
Yes this is a more serious gym with alot of woman members surprisingly! Every person I have met there has been so friendly and its probably because the owners treat you like family, not a corperate number.\r
I would also like to add that the place is always being cleaned by the staff. There prices fit my small budget!\r
