Either this firm is going out of business anyway so doesn't care about customer service or has a lot to learn. Calls are not returned promptly, if ever, and they are rude when you do talk to someone. There seems to have been a massive lay off at this firm recently as all the people I used to speak with are ""no longer with us"".\r
Billing is terrible and too high for the poor quality work that was produced. When I asked to speak to the bookkeeper she was nasty and unhelpful and refused to give me a more detailed accounting of services provided. There are a lot of firms out there who provide the same services that these people do and will work for your business. You do not need to give your hard earned money to these people and you shouldn't.
