Seco put in a new heating and air system in my home on 8-3-09. The installation went great and so far the Trane equipment is working excellent. My complaint with SECO is that there customer service is really lacking. I called at least 9 times since having my system installed to ask info on the rebates and to also find out when someone would be coming back to my house to put a new vent cover in my kitchen (they didnt have it during install). After callling the sales consultant 4 times and leaving msgs, I finally called the office and was told someone would get back to me but they never did, so I called back and finally spoke with someone and they told me again someone would call me back regarding the rebate info and to schedule another appt to put on a new vent cover. As of this writing I still have not heard anything. After you purchase then you dont hear from them again. SHAME ON YOU SECO!! Pros: Trane equipment works great Cons: Horrible customer service more
