Well, the sales person I worked with was very disappointing. He was servicing more than one customer and kept forgetting things. He didn't relay my situation accurately to the finance manager, who was absolutely great. After about 2 weeks of going back and forth, finding a co-signer, then only using the co-signer for a better rate, etc. etc. etc., I finally gave up on them because I felt the sale person gave up on me. Abby, the finance manager, called me one evening wanting to know what happened. To make a long story, she was not told about my complete financial situation, they had a program specifically for those in my position, and I got a great car with no money down and good monthly rates, WITHOUT A CO-SIGNER. Kudos to Abby Abraham for knowing her job and doing it so well. She was personable and willing to work with you, and we both were EXTREMELY HAPPY. I would recommend her to everyone....the sales staff is a different story.\r \r --Lora more
