I moved in search for a better place to raise my children. One of the big selling points was how ""kid friendly"" the apartment complex is. Well, that turned out to be a big fat lie. The pool is always dirty and kids get into the pool without adult supervision. One afternoon me and my 4 year old were at the pool and 3 kids came in alone...one of them pushed my 4 year old into the pool and he can't swim! I told management (ryan kirby)about it and he was horrible at handling the situation. My son almost drowned. Not only that but as far as management is concerned it is a free for all for the ""16 and up"" children to run free and terrorize the entire complex. I talked to management about this several times without resolution. They will raise your rent every year, charge you a non refundable fee for a key card that you will NEVER use, and the pool area is usually filled with drinking and smoking...no fun for the kids. If you are looking for a place and have children, I would strongly advise you against this place. The biggest red flag is the so called manager thats always standing outside the office smoking like a chimney.
