I took my dog to Concord Animal Hospital from age 7 weeks to age 16-1/2. She received wonderful care from each of the three vets on staff at the time. She was spayed there and had surgery to repair a torn ligament at age 4. As she aged, they conscientiously tested her and followed up on questionable results. After she developed a heart problem at age 13, we saw Dr. Hardie exclusively, and he would return phone calls promptly and even initiate calls to check up on my dog. He researched the problem and made arrangements and/or referrals for specialist consultations. All the vets take their time and answer all questions, and they are very friendly, open, and loving to the animals. The techs are also very good. They were completely compassionate when it became necessary to put my dog down. My only complaint is that sometimes I would have to wait a while past my appointment time, but I think it's because they do take their time with each patient. Their facilities are on the older side, but
