I have been to many Whataburger, and had no trouble but the Alvin location I confused them when I wanted only their chicken strips (for my son) After them being confused and not being able to fill the order I told them never mind. I was in the drive through and it is a trap, once you are in line and someone behind you, there is no way to go around.
Pros: easy to see and get to.
Cons: no way to get out of drive through if you change mind.
