I am a resident of Lancaster and I like the food chain Grandy's. But this location is lacking inventory and customer service. I can recall two times that I was not able to receive what I ordered because the truck had not run. I would make a second choice, and that order could not be complete either. Just recently, I decided to try them for breakfast. I ordered the pancake meal. They had no pancakes. Then I chose a meal that required hash browns. They had no hash browns. I decided to leave the restaurant. It is always something that they are missing, whether is be honey, fish for the daily special, chicken strips or something. And then, there is no professionalism. One lady was pregnant, in everyday clothing and looked like she did not comb her hair that morning. No one is in uniform and it is not clear who the manager is. This location needs a visit from the corporate office so that they can be orientated all over again. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!
