Kelly loves her kids (animals being groomed) and she doesn't believe in caging them up and traumatizing them , rather they are free to roam her home and grooming parlor. One time Kelly brought home my dog after his very own sleep over with her and other friends and he got out of her van and then back in he went , he didn't want her to leave. She treats every pet as her own and her work is fantastic and extremely professional. I can't speak enough about how wonderful she is , both in grooming and loving my pet. Pros: My dog doesn't shake with fear at the thought of being groom
Cons: My dog has so much fun at Kelly's that he doesn't miss me.
