We have lived here for 6 years and it has been hell for us. I have to totally agree with wells3106. They tell you its ok to do something or have something, then when you do, they change their mind and cite you for it! I am so tired of the owners not fulfilling their obligations and letting this place get run down. The water and sewers are old and instead of replacing them, they wait for it to break then make the home owners fix everything at their own expense. We do not take them with us if we move our house, why should we fix them! Now we are being told that we cannot have hedges, gardens, etc that will make a hiding place for ""criminals"". In other words, they do not want you to have a nice looking yard, home or neighborhood. As soon as we have the money saved up, we are moving our home out of here. Just take a drive through the park and notice all the empty lots and houses for sale and you will have your clue as to how bad this park is.
5/4/11 Yes, I am still here two years later. However, I am now selling my home and moving to get away from this place. The management is still horrid but the owners are worse. We have been through several office personnel and I was told by a person who will remain anonymous that the owner asked her to forge documents in order for him to get more money from rent assistance. Not exactly the place a person would like to call home. Good luck to those who want to live here. If you don't mind criminal activity, you will fit right in.
Pros: The neighbors are the only plus.
Cons: Owners, management and crime
