I brought them my truck 5 1/2 months ago and it still won't run properly . They let me take it home as if it was repaired a couple of times. When I took it back they said my aftermarket devices were the problem. No change with the devices removed. They had me take it to the Ford dealer. $1200 later Ford can't find anything outside of the transmission wrong with it. They had a Diamond Certified plaque on the wall. I called Diamond Certified, they said they hadn't been a member for about four years. I know why!
Pros: Competent appearance .
Cons: Totally incompetent, unable to resolve problems.
