Just moved into an old house in Granville about two weeks ago. The pilot light kept going out and the water heater was less than a year old, so I called the number from the sticker he left. He came out the same day and got it working. He and his son were totally professional and didn't think about trying to charge me, even though we weren't the original owners of the heater. Will definitely use them next time we need a plumber. First-class!
