My eyebrows were very shaggy and overgrown. I specifically asked the tech. to just clean up underneath and between brows, shape an arch but please leave it thick and with a natural shape. When she started, I reminded her not to take too much off. Lo and behold, I ended up with micro brows that are extremely thin and not at all what I wanted. I will never get a wax there again. The manicure was OK, but the water for soaking was very cool and not comfortable. Nice hand massage.
Pros: Very clean place
Cons: Did not listen to what I wanted for brow wax--bad results
