I have had the enviable ""opportunity"" to take my BMW to visit Global BMW's Service Department numerous times over the past few years. Apparently I bought a lemon. The Service Representatives are professional but it is clearly a mixed bag as to how empathetic or caring each one is. I've met with multiple service representatives and some care while others don't. Remember, you only represent $'s for them as they most likey get paid for how much in repair they generate.
