I was referred by friends who had taken their animals to this company so I took my trophy there and paid my deposit. I was given a turnaround time of 5-6 months. That was when the run-around began. They were very difficult to get ahold of and when I did reach someone I was told that my trophy was in a specific stage of the mounting process. After over a year neither my friends or myself had gotten our trophies yet so we got an attorney involved. Finally after another 6 months we got our animals back - they were still frozen and still in their original wrappings! We have never gotten our deposit money returned and one of the animals was freezer burned to the point of ruin. Please think twice before giving these people your hard earned money or your hard won trophy - you may never see either one again.
Pros: Has done some beautiful work in the past
Cons: Many people have never gotten their trophies back
