We hired these folks a couple years ago to do our roof. The workmen left for lunch without covering the openings with a tarp and it rained while they were gone. We ended up with water spots on our bedroom ceiling. It took weeks to get them to finish repairing the ceiling and, in the process, Chris Spillman accused us of lying about the largest water spot, saying that his contractor -- yes, the same guy who let it rain in -- was insistent that the spot pre-dated the rain.
