Placed an order a month ago. Was not told that it was backorderd, so after three weeks, began the hunt to figure out where my order was. When no one could tell me when my item would actual come, I cancelled my order. Two weeks later I received a shipping confirmation from UPS for my order and the money was deducted from my bank account, even after receiving a cancelled order confirmation email.
Back to the phone.
Customer service representative Marilyn, hung up on me after scowling ""it's Christmas, we are very busy, your money will be credited"". She then did not answer the phone for the next 15 minutes.
Money has still not been ""credited back"" to my account.
Moral of the story:
-Do not order from this establishment.
- If you are at fault, own it, and fix it.
- If you do not like talking to customers, do not be the customer service representative. Work in the stock room.
