So, I wanted a pair of Tory Burch 'Reva' flats. Sadly, my faovrite store Nordstrom's did not have the pair I wanted (Black/Gold) in a 9, so I'd decided to try Neiman Marcus, seeing as they carry Tory Burch. When I first walked in, I was greeted by an annoying cosmetic associate, who after I politely refused her service, ""hmpphhff""at me and shot me a dirty look. Then, I walked to shoe's and I can honestly say that this was the WORST service I've ever recieved. I have shopped on Fifth Avenue, at Bendels', Bergdorfs and Barney's, and never recieved such a snobbish sales associate. She was aggorant, had me waiting for her service for 20, and when I told her I only had my Mastercard on me, she snidely commented ""that I can presume you wouldn't have an Amex... or that much cash on you."" I don't have enough money? Not only was I going to buy the Reva's, but a quilted pair of Chanel flats! After, learning that they didn't have my size in the color combo I wanted in the Reva's, I then left, not worrying about buying the Chanel flats at this point. Forget this department store, unless you enjoy the most pig-headed sales associates.
Pros: great selection of clothing
Cons: horrible service, payment methods
