I am so shocked by the two previous negative reviews on here. My family and many people I know have been customer's of Egons for YEARS! We have never had an unpleasant experience there ever. And if there ever was something that needed to be corrected, the staff has always bent over backwards to make us happy. The fact that ""disgusted"" says that they were liars is crazy...it sounds like they completely disclosed the situation to her and were honest and were willing to send it to be fixed! She's probably the type of customer that has a problem EVERYWHERE she goes...never happy. They have unbelievably beautiful quality for the best price in Syracuse. I've purchased pieces elsewhere on an impulse and never been as satisfied as I am with Egons. I have a few pieces picked out for Christmas for my husband to get and I can't wait to see that beautiful Egons box underneath my tree!
